- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, with all tags, seals, or components intact. Items that are used, damaged, or modified by the customer are not eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened products (e.g., phone cases that have been applied or mystery boxes that have been unpackaged).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale.”
- Digital products or gift cards.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@hypecase.store or use our contact form within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: We’ll review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely with the RAN included and send it to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns.
4. Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days thereafter.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product or wrong item shipped).
- Partial Refunds: May apply if the item is returned in a condition that doesn’t fully meet eligibility (e.g., missing original packaging).
